Platform Rights: We reserve the right to investigate disputed transactions, request supporting documentation from the buyer and vendor, and dispute unwarranted chargebacks.
Account Action: Accounts involved in fraudulent, excessive, or abusive chargeback activity may be permanently suspended.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law:
The Platform shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, vendors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchases.
We accept no liability for product misuse, allergic reactions, or damages occurring after delivery.
