3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thedeshi.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days , depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thedeshi.co.uk.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@thedeshi.co.uk with photos of the defect. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs fo r faulty items.
